Blue Screen Symptoms Description#
Xiaomi notebook blue screen WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR, stuck at 0% after blue screen with no changes, occasionally prompts system not found or directly enters BIOS after restart, occasionally enters the system normally.
If you are in the same situation as me, it means you have reinstalled the system like me, but after reinstalling the system, when installing drivers, you did not install the driver for the Samsung solid-state drive. It can still be used without installation, but it often blue screens with errors.
Fix Blue Screen#
Download and install Samsung NVMe driver: https://semiconductor.samsung.com/resources/software-resources/Samsung_NVM_Express_Driver_3.3.exe
Ultimate Move#
Alright, the screen is not blue screening, but it's stuck and not moving, right? The mouse and keyboard are also unresponsive, I'm speechless.
Finally, before one of the freezes, I accidentally opened the File Explorer, and then I found that the C drive had turned into this weird state. I understood, it's the disk, right? The blue screen must have been caused by disk issues, but after installing the Samsung solid-state drive driver, the blue screen was optimized to freezing. The blue screen stuck at 0% is also due to disk issues.
So, there are two ways:
- Replace the Samsung solid-state drive and reinstall the system.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to open the back cover, remove the Samsung solid-state drive, blow vigorously towards the golden contact area, and then put it back.
Since reinstalling the system is too troublesome, I chose method 2 above, and the effect is pretty good. I can use it stably for a period of time.
